Audience insights pull together the demographic and behavioral data each social platform collects about your followers and viewers. That covers age ranges, top countries and cities, language, gender split, the days and times they are online, and sometimes the other accounts or topics they care about. The point is not the numbers themselves but the decisions they unlock: when to post, which language or tone to use, what content to make, and whether the people you are reaching are actually the people you want. If your audience does not match your target customer, that gap shows up here first.
